As part of its social responsibility to ensure that students in Ikole West LCDA have access to quality education, the Oreniwa Youth Forum donated writing materials to primary schools in the area.
This event commenced on Thursday, October 9, 2025, when the Oreniwa Youth Forum visited several primary schools in Ikole West LCDA, providing students with exercise books, pens, pencils, and school bags.
During this significant event, the President of the Oreniwa Youth Forum, Damilola Adewale said, “It is our commitment and dedication to give back to our community and to support the growth and development of our LCDA, with or without political influence.”
The pupils and teachers at the visited schools expressed their gratitude with words of appreciation and prayers for the Youth Forum’s efforts.
The schools visited included:
- Community Primary School, Igbona Ekiti
- Holy Apostolic High School, Asin Ekiti
- L.A West, Ootunja Ekiti
- St. Paul’s Primary School, Ori-Apata Usin Ekiti
- C.A.C Primary School, Isaba Ekiti, and
- Community Primary School, Ikoyi-Ile Ekiti among others
Responding, the head teacher said, ” We extend our heart. This is thanks to everyone who contributed to this initiative. Your generous donations made this success possible”
Also, the elated students appreciated the forum for providing the materials, promising that the actions would spur them to work harder and ensure they are more focused on their studies
In his appreciation message, Adewale showered encomium on those who contributed to the success of the program.
